Nose, Throat, Lungs |
- ONE of the following: sneezing, coughing, nasal congestion, mild/irritated sore throat not due to another known cause
- please refer to COVID-19 section below if multiple symptoms are present

- hacking or croupy cough
- excessive secretions from nose and/or throat
- sore throat
- new loss of taste or smell
- additional symptoms are present

- white patches on the back of the throat
- sore, red throat for 2 days
- trouble swallowing or breathing
- glands in the neck are big/swollen
- frequent nose bleeds

Influenza / COVID-19 / Upper Respiratory Infection |

- Symptoms that will distract student or others from learning
- Symptoms not improving
- Temperature of 100.4F or greater
- Distracting, uncontrollable cough
- Excessive nasal drainage
- Excessive fatigue
- Undiagnosed rash

- chest pain
- difficulty breathing
- confusion
- blue tint to lips
- uncontrollable high fever
|
Stomach |
- mild loss of appetite
- if previously vomiting or diarrhea - may return after he/she is able to keep food down/in for 24 hours (no sooner)

- nausea
- active vomiting or diarrhea within last 24 hours
- additional symptoms are present
|
- severe, persistent vomiting and diarrhea
|
Eyes |
|
- discharge from eyes not due to allergies
|
- eye is red and/or has yellow drainage/crusting
|
Ears |
|

Teeth |
|

Rash - caused by Impetigo, Ringworm, or Chicken Pox |
- your doctor says it is ok
- your child has been on medication for 24 hours
