Aerobic and strength training equipment available. Assistance also available to introduce and develop a program to help meet your fitness needs and goals. Please refer to the Fitness Center Safety Guidelines below. Hours may be subject to change.

Open Swim

Valders Schools will offer open swim on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 - 7:30 am. There will be a lifeguard on duty. Payment can be made to the lifeguard when you enter the pool.
